To be a therapist is to understand your clients in a way you can help them establish a new pattern of behavior that encourages their inner self.
With over a decade of experience under my belt, I am also a therapist for therapists, providing a safe and confidential space where mental health practitioners can work through their own emotional demands in order to build resilience. With a combination of evidence-based approaches and tools, I specialize in resilience-building and working through problematic patterns to help with personal and professional development. As the owner of EmoAid, I also create programs centered on developing emotional intelligence.
